KAPC designed this prototype of an upscale deli and salad bar restaurant in the heart of the Wall Street area in a class A building. As architects, we were responsible for a number of tasks, including the design, graphics, contract drawings, bidding, and construction management of a 4,000 square-foot facility on one floor.
KAPC was also responsible for new furniture design and implemention, light-ing, and interior design. The construction schedule was five months, and the deli was completed in 2004.
