Maria
Cristina Gomez has been a practicing architectural designer for
more than twenty years. She was associated with the offices of Perkins
and Will in Chicago, Marcel Breuer and Associates, and Rafael Vinoly Architects, in New York City,
prior to joining KAPC. Ms. Gomez has been the project manager on numerous
institutional and commercial projects, including various civic projects,
visitor centers, retail stores, and restaurant facilities.
A native
of Colombia, Ms. Gomez is fluent in Spanish and has managed various
projects in South America. Ms. Gomez is a member of the American Association
of Museums, an associate member of the American Institute of Architects,
and is active on several committees.
